Mega shopping centre for fashion and design

A building promotor invests 150 million euro in a new big shopping complex in Kortrijk. This project should improve the dynamic of Kortrijk as a shopping city. It also brings back economic sources to the city centre and revitalises Kortrijk economically. Besides the 85 shops, there will be new cafés, restaurants and flats integrated in the commercial project.
Inhabitants as well as users will be able to park their car in a brand new parking underground (1200 places).
The opening of the centre is foreseen in 2008.
